What is Account manager definition ?

An account manager is someone in charge of one or several advertisers’ campaigns or accounts within a marketing services agency.

Account managers are found in advertising networks, affiliation platforms, sponsored links platforms, emailing service providers, etc.

In the sponsored links platforms where campaigns are created self-service and where there are numerous little advertisers, account managers are set aside for the biggest advertisers.
