What is Blocked advertiser list definition ?

Blocked advertiser lists are lists of advertisers that can’t buy ad space on a publisher site within an ad network or through an adexchange.

Each publisher chooses his own blocked advertisers. Generally publishers block advertisers that buy ad spaces directly with their in-house sales, competitors and low-end advertisers who may affect the publisher image.

Ad networks and ad exchange offer filtering capabilites for blocking categories of advertisers.
