What is Closed PPC policy definition ?

A closed PPC policy is a policy which prohibits PPC campaigns use for affiliates (outside PPC campaigns used by an affiliate for his own traffic).

A merchant edicts closed PPC policy when he manages his own ppc account and doesnt want affiliates operating one or when he allows only a small group of affiliates to use PPC for particular products or services.
