What is Cross-device targeting definition ?

Cross-device targeting is the process of serving ads to the same consumers across multiple devices in some organized and scheduled manner.

The ability to target a same consumer accross multiple devices is of particular importance for retargeting purposes.

Cross-device targeting is based upon cross-device tracking technologies and also requires cross-device attribution for measuring effectiveness of the process.
