A private trading desk is a trading desk created and owned by a company whith large digital advertising budgets -big e-retailers, CPG & automotive companies, etc.

To have is own trading desk have different advantages:
- it facilites integration with the company’s infrastructure and CRM
- it allows to keep control on his data and to directly collect new data
- it may reduce costs
- it prevents from being "prisoner" from an independent or agency trading desk
- it is a way to benefit from internal learning process

Of course to built-in a private trading desk with the needed skills is not an easy task.
